Ramen Noodle Recipe #2

Sweet Apple Ramen

The flavor of this reminds me a bit of hot and sour soup.  It's cheap, fast, and easy.

Sweet Apple Ramen
Ingredients
one package ramen noodles
one apple (a small apple is plenty)
1 tbs oil (unsaturated, like vegetable or canola)
2 cups water

Boiling Noodles in Mixture
Sauté apples in oil
(1)Dice apple, add some oil to pan, and sauté apples over medium heat.

(2)When apples are a golden color, remove from heat.

SAFETY TIP let apples and oil cool before adding 2 cups water, HOT OIL AND WATER EXPLODE AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY.

(3)Add 2 cups water to COOLED oil and apples, boil mixture.

(4)Add noodles and flavor pack, cook for 3 minutes.

(5)Enjoy
Enjoy

  4. I have an interesting recipe. Not sure if it's quite as funky as this one though!

How do I go about submitting a ramen recipe of my own? :)

  5. ok since you asked for it, you take a clove of garlic, slice it up, brown it in the pan with 2 green onions, chopped finely, turn off the heat. add the ramen with the traditional amount of water, cook it with the garlic and green onions. you can add red pepper if you like it extra spicey, after it cooks, add 1-2 tbsp of sriracha with the ramen seasoning (works best with beef or oriental imo)

  9. This is a really nice treat for myself after getting my Basset Training! This is really delicious! I am always craving for Ramen ever since I tasted it. It's more like a special noodles with lots of toppings. I feel like I know now why Naruto (anime) likes it. :) Thanks for sharing this recipe.
